VIDEO MICROSCOPES

Today, companies seeking non-traditional viewing solutions for their inspection, re-work, or touch up processes will find that our line of video microscopes offer a wide variety and magnification ranges to meet most applications.  This line of video microscopes will increase productivity, eliminate fatigue, stress and allow users to view subjects in ergonomic comfort.  Our video microscopes come in both a compact or component package and offer users a wide range of mounting platforms, illumination systems, and visual imaging analysis.  Advantages, such as, group viewing, wider working distance from subject, and hi-magnification will greatly depend upon the system configuration you choose and the features offered.  Our video microscopes are pre-packaged for your convenience.

DIGITAL VIDEO MICROSCOPES

Our line of digital video microscopes offers more flexibility, dynamic working distance and crystal clear imaging, including reverse image analysis.  For the most part these systems are built to meet application specific requirements.  If you need to articulate an oblique viewing angle over a process, (or perhaps inside or over a process machine) maintain a higher degree of magnification accuracy, an extensive working distance from subject, require repeatable measurements, create AVI movie files of a procedure, bench top inspection, documentation, training or conduct daily tasks, such as, soldering, re-work or touch up, these digital video microscopes offer you the results you need.  If your looking for direct USB to PC or Laptop inspection then look closely at our GM 1007 SDK series digital video microscope.

MICROSCOPES

Traditional visual inspection has been associated with using some form of Microscope. For the most part microscopes are often chosen because of their price point, but they do have their limitations.  These limitations include: limited or fixed viewing angles, lower depth of field, and operator stress or fatigue with prolonged use. The main benefits for using microscopes are that they’ve become relatively inexpensive to purchase and require little maintenance to operate.   We have compiled a group of quality built Binocular microscopes and have packaged them for your convenience.
